This policy explains what information LinkKart ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and Telegram bot, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

In short: we store only what is needed to run the service — your Telegram identifiers, your shortlinks, your domains and your prepaid balance. We do not sell your data, and we do not inject advertising pages between a shortlink and its destination.

1. Information we collect

Telegram account data — your numeric Telegram user ID, username and display name. These are provided by Telegram when you interact with the bot.
Links you create — the destination URL, the generated short code, the creation time and the view count.
Domains you add — the domain names you register through the bot.
Balance and transactions — your prepaid balance and the transaction references you submit when adding funds.
Technical logs — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and requested URL, retained for a short period for security and debugging.

2. How we use it

To create, resolve and count clicks on shortlinks.
To maintain your balance, domains and link history.
To respond to support requests.
To detect abuse, spam and fraudulent transactions.
To meet legal and payment-processor obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that run the service (hosting, database and Telegram's own API), and only to the extent required to operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by a licensed payment gateway. We receive confirmation of the transaction (such as a transaction reference and status) but do not store your card, bank or wallet credentials on our systems.

5. Data retention

We keep account and link data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via the Contact page. Server logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted automatically.

6. Your rights

Access the data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of that data.
Object to certain processing, where applicable.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced through the bot or on this page.
